Everyday Habits That Are Giving You Dry Lips
Ever noticed that your lips just go dry unnecessarily? You’re not sick and it’s not harmattan season yet your lips are dry then some of your everyday habits could be the cause of this.
Here are some daily habits that give you dry lips.
👉Drinking too much tea or coffee will make your lips dry, caffeinated drinks can cause dehydration and you will feel thirsty after taking tea or coffee. “Drinking too much of caffeinated drinks will make your lips chapped”.
👉Salty foods can make you parched which will result in dry lips. If you are the type that likes salty foods then be sure to take a lot of water so you won’t be dehydrated.
👉Not drinking enough water will make your lips dry and chapped, always keep a bottle of water with you and drink water regularly.
